  • Account information: name, email address and password (stored securely hashed). Guest accounts may collect only the details needed to let you use a tool.
  • Health tool and chat inputs: information you type into the AI assistants and health tools (for example symptoms, dates, skin concerns). This can be sensitive; please share only what you are comfortable with.
  • Orders and plans: your plan, download history and payment confirmations (such as a transaction ID or payment screenshot you upload).
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies for login and security, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

To provide your account, tools and downloads; to generate AI replies; to approve payments and prevent fraud; to send service messages and, if you opt in, notifications; to understand how the site is used; and to meet legal obligations.

AI processing

Messages you send to our AI assistants are processed by third-party AI service providers to generate a reply. We do not use your messages for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, AI processing, analytics, notifications), when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK/EU under GDPR, or certain US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can also delete your account from your dashboard where available.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
